It covers the breakage, water leakage or breakdown that suddenly prevents a proper water supply and drainage; with a limit of $350.00 for each incident and up to four (4) incidents per year.
It also includes clearing clogged pipes, drains or any other house installations, visible or not, provided that they are located inside the house. The liability limit is $150.00 for each incident an up to four (4) incidents in one year.

It covers unforeseen, breakdown of the electrical system (total or partial electric power loss due to a short circuit) inside the building where the insured home is located. It also covers repair or changes of electrical panels, blades totalizing meters, switches, breakers or fuses damaged inside the property. The liability limit is $350.00 for each incident and up to four (4) incidents in one year.

It covers any accident, such as loss of keys or if keys are stolen, inability to use the lock due to a burglary attempt or any other reason that makes it impossible to open the property. The liability limit is $350.00 for each incident and up to four (4) incidents in one year.

It covers any broken glass of windows or doors that are part of the exterior façade of the property. The liability limit is $350.00 for each incident and up to four (4) incidents in one year.
